New Zealand is great at producing food. And we’re getting better at doing it sustainably. So how can we capture that value and be rewarded for even more sustainable practices? This video introduces and summarises value chains research from the Rewarding Sustainable Practices programme, and intruduces The Value Project, which explores how Aotearoa New Zealand can generate greater returns from sustainable production.
