In this research video, we explore the findings of an Our Land and Water project we did exploring the potential of silvopastoralism in New Zealand.
Results of this project include:
- Livestock interactions are fundamental to consider in process studies.
- Silvopastoralism is already widely used in hill country, but issues remain in terms of pests, cost of establishment, and Emissions Trading Scheme rules.
