Summer salads for hill country cattle

December 2022

This article summarises the results of a Rural Professionals Fund project that aimed to evaluate the performance of a variety of diverse summer seed mixes against a monoculture single graze crop, with the aim of developing more resilient forage crops that provide high-quality feed economically with lower inputs.
