Meet an NZ food system innovator, Nate Smith of Gravity Fishing. A small-scale local fisher, who catches to order and sells direct to anyone in Aotearoa, allowing a closer relationship between fisher and eater through his model the Gravity Fishing pod. Nate would love to see more of these Community Fishing Hubs throughout Aotearoa.
